Applicants/New Students
Applicants use their NetID and password to log in.
You must first activate your NetID before logging in.
If you forget your password or NetID:
- Visit gateway.tamu.edu/password-reset
- Contact Help Desk Central at helpdesk@tamu.edu or (979) 845-8300
Students
Students use their NetID and password to log in.
If you forget your password or NetID:

Employees
Employees use their NetID and password to log in.
New employees must activate their NetID before first login.

Former Students
Enrolled Within Past 2 Years
Use your NetID and password to log in.
If you can't remember your credentials, contact Help Desk Central at helpdesk@tamu.edu or (979) 845-8300.
Not Enrolled Within Past 2 Years
- Complete the Former Student Questionnaire
- You'll receive an email with instructions to create a new account
- Use that username and password to log in
Former students with an active university student loan may continue using their NetID until the loan is paid in full.
Parents/Guardians
Parents and guardians use their own username and password (not the student's) to log in.
Important: You must receive authorization from your student before accessing their records. See KB00408: Parent/Guardian Account for setup instructions.
For billing and payment information, visit the Bill Payment Suite (requires a separate account).
