Intune Kick-Off Checklist


Purpose

Provide a repeatable, link-backed checklist to run an Intune onboarding kick-off for a distributed unit. This checklist centralizes communication templates, surveys, assessment artifacts, and environment setup tasks.


Scope

Applies to distributed IT units participating in the Unified Device Management project at Texas A&M University.


Intent

Ensure a consistent, auditable start to each onboarding, align expectations, and front-load unit discovery so migration plans and RBAC are correct.

Environment Build
