Applies To: Parents, guardians, and students

Overview

Once authorized, parents can access their student's academic records, financial aid, tax forms, and other services by logging into the Howdy Portal with their own NetID and password.

Important

Student information is protected by FERPA laws. It is the student's decision whether to create parent/guardian access and what information to share. A parent should never use their student's credentials. FERPA laws apply to university students under age 18.

For billing and payment, parents must create a separate account at the Bill Payment Suite.

Setting Up Parent/Guardian Access

This step must be completed by the student.
